The comment below shows just how ignorant people can be. You will find some of the most beautiful properties in southern Spain on Camposol. The amenities are second to none and it has a thriving busy centre.

Do people live there full time? It's somewhere I've been looking at. I know ten years ago there was problems with the ground moving and houses getting damaged.. has this all been sorted ? Thanks

I can see nothing that would attract you to buy a property there, besides looking like a ghost town, i hear it’s a nightmare to sell your property because of people suffering massive loses due to big subsidence problems in this are, if this is true I think you have a responsibility to make people aware, I thankfully came across some of these facts whilst looking to purchase property, glad that I found out b4 going out to check what was available.

Because of Brexit ,not sure if its true, but do you have to take a driving test in Spain ? Also I believe when you apply for residency you pay Spanish tax on you're pension ? if both are true Spain is looking less appealing.

Everyone who learns to drive in Spain has to take a driving test, otherwise people who have never driven before would be on the roads. Also, residency has nothing to do with your pension. If your income is above the threshold for tax then you must pay it. It's paid either in the UK or Spain. Brexit has had no impact on Spain regarding tax and pensions

@@kelly6739British Residents in Spain had the option of changing driving licence to a Spanish one. Visitors to Spain will need International Driving Permit and if staying in Spain will be required to take a driving test. That's the situation at the moment but could change at any time just like they said everyone needs Spanish licence by 31st December 2020 then the next day said UK licences are still valid until June 2021

@William Hatt Probably better than Camposol and Andalucia is a much nicer area than Murcia. Some nice places like Grenada, Almeria, Malaga, Marbella, Seville to name a few, all of them way better than anywhere near Camposol. The beaches are also much better in Costa Del Sol (Andalucia) than they are in Costa Calida (near Camposol). In fact, the beaches near Camposol are like builders sand and are in know way pleasing to look at or visit.

I hate to think what this place is going to look like in 20 years time ,from 2:26 to 3:10 absolutely disgusting ! overlooking a bleak dessert ,how can you call this a "view" . Sorry , but sector D is depressing to watch , God knows what is must be like to live there 10 to 12 minute drive to the main hub , that equates to 45 min'walk ,UGH!!!
