Once upon a time a deadly blackspot, this is how the Salgaa stretch looks like today.
Following reinforcements on the Salgaa-Sanchag'wan stretch in Kenya, including dualling the road and installation of tens of bumps on the decent side, accidents have reduced significantly on this section of A8 / A104 road.

A runaway Truck ramp is a ramp for trucks for example a truck is on a steepstretch and has failed brakes he can either choose to stay on the road and drive straight in to other traffic or he could use the runaway ramp and than the runaway ramp will slow down his speed thats the runaway in a short explanenation!😀

runaway track ramp I guess they are designed to be emergency locations that use sand, gravel, or wire nets to slow down a large vehicle quickly in the event of a brake failure.... not sure

Run away truck tramp ni njia amabayo especially for trucks is diverted when descending on the road for trucks or vehicles that has lost brakes or lost control
