Dong, when you cook rice, just place more water. The warm rice water on the first boiling is equal to a MILK. Best substitute for rice is SORGHAM. Many also crashed nuts [but not peanuts] and boil it as milk. Also, if you see a cow, early morning, ask the owner if you can milk the cow for your children. Gently full doiwn and press to milk the cow.
