Still very inconsistent, but at least this helps makes it somewhat a considerable tech to use in escapes.

Yeah, this is what I've been doing. The downside is that you're no longer aiming where you want, so you'd have to do two flicks in quick succession. That said I vastly prefer this for consistency

That jump killed me, twice. I did it accidently and ended face to face of the enemy patreon, surrounded by the enemy team, twice. I hate this "mechanic", twice.
