So I work at the tour and I saw you guys in the creatures workshop area! Just wanted to say atticus is actually spot on about the York shambles, Diagon was actually inspired by that area! Also we put the snow on the castle for the feature and we have to shut for 5 days to get it on and off! And we literally do use power grade vacuums to get it off so you were right hahaha
