MaashAllah a beautiful home. However I would caution you on a couple if things. It’s unlikely future generations of your family will visit Pakistan or if they do it might be once in a blue moon. Unless your parents/grandparents are seeing out their retirement the place will be gathering dust and most likely be under lock and key. Should that happen, the relatives living nearby will find a way to make themselves at home with your hard earned money. I know a lot of Pakistanis live in the UK as good as hand to mouth but back home have palatial mansions. Probably for show and not much else. Its a risky long term project that might come to nought. If you find yourselves in that situation I hope you’re able to sell it on although the locals are unlikely to offer even half what you put into it.

This video is misleading with regards to painting a somewhat picture of paradise. The video has forgotten to mention the inadequate legal system that is infested with corruption resulting in several land dispute scenario. A lot of people tend to edit the truth in order to hide the reality of what is actually going on in Pakistan. The country has so much potential but growth is stunted by the Government, corruption, Nepotism, inadequate legal system, inadequate logistical infrastructure and zero access to Education for poor families. All these negative aspects do create a ripple effect on preventing Pakistan evolving economically and technologically. Many of the previous elected leaders have profited over misery by escaping to foreign countries after laundering Government funding that should have been used to improve Pakistan ever growing economically crisis. Pakistan has inadvertently created a system that is designed to fail and only to make the rich richer and the poor poorer. I do appreciate my heritage but truth is treason in a empire built with lies and corruption MashaAllah I do wish this family and all my Pakistani brother's and sisters a abundance of success and prosperity. Pakistan is a country that will accommodate you if you have strong resources, connections and family ties but if not you are left on your own with a mighty big challenge because their is no consistency in Pakistan with the law or rules and regulations. If you don't have trustworthy family ties or connections you will most likely be taken advantage of and left stranded. They have a back dated old fashion land registry system that's mostly paper based. I have read several case where people from the UK and other foreign countries have lost land and property in Pakistan either because squatters have take over the land or disgruntled family members have slowly encroached on the land without permission. In some cases it was established that neighbours in a village took advantage and hired squatters to invade a piece of land and property while the owners were oblivious in the UK. Those same neighbours informed the property owners and then a lengthy time and money consuming back and forth started. Disgraceful The disgraceful factor is the legal system accommodated these infringement and aim to profit over this because you will have to pay a huge amount of fees to get updated property paper and you will have to bribe a lot of people to convince them to do their job. To the Police and government officials a foreigner is a money tree which they will continue to exploit for as long as they can. You can not have a fair and just system if the people appointed to implement the system are not fair and just. So the corruption continues like a none stop vicious cycle Pakistan has a barbaric and chaotic system that is plagued with bureaucracy and it will frustrate you to a point of giving up if you don't have strong connections or trustworthy family ties but if you are on your own it's not worth the headache
