I'm from Uttarakhand and yes... calling devta is very common here.. even we have have approached him .... Also I want to add.. My friend's cousin has also suffered the same thing and still she is suffering.. the thing is the jin doesn't allowed her to study..and he restricted her only for studies... and she was normal rest of the time..It has been more than 12 years now.. and again it was done by the neighbors and jin told them that.. he won't leave her, as he Cannot let her study.. I haven't ask my friend about her studies.. and this incident took place outside uttarakhand... my friend's dead Bua who use to visit their family via any middle age women of the family told them that... I know this might sound nonsense.. but it's very common here.. Once I by mistake rapped my used pad inside newspaper put it under my bed so i can throw it away wheneveri go out.. i forgot and when Our house help rupa Bua( I just call her bua) touched that newspaper and she got fever for more than a week... ( devi use to come inside her when required).. Some persons are soo sensitive to these things... my friend's grandfather got ill because her mother mistakenly went inside their temple during periods.. It won't happen when my friend go into the temple as she has blood relation with her grandfather... So friends... I might sound idiot or ridiculous or whatever you want to say.. but I experience these things daily.. this is the also reason why Uttarakhand people worry soo much about karma, paap ... we are scared of doing bad deeds....

hii Sir its StarkAsh 1 , exactly aisa sleep paralysis attack meko kal raat aaya but it was bit different, mujhe aisa feel hua ki , mere piche koi energy hai, female and She is sitting in chair, mai karvat le kr soya hu, my back is towards her, maine use dekha nhi, but chair ke swing hone ki awaz thi...and meri body bohotr buri tarah stiff hai...bas apne palko ko hila paa rha....then i heard a voice She was asking me....." thand lag rha hai? " its the time of summer and mujhe sach me thand lag rha tha... i chanted the name of god i have faith in AND poora effort laga kr jaaga but i was feeling very weak , pani pine ke liye khada hua to laga behosh ho kr gir jaunga , time was 3:45 Am . it was a really strong sleep paralysis of my entire life.

Omg sir similar story I shifted in my newly purchased flat with my parents in 2021 (and my flat is on second floor too)😳.And my mother found lemon green chill outside my main door after a day of fight with flat owner of below floor.He was probably jealous of us too. My parents abused openly that owner.Thanfully Nothing bad happened to us after that😊
