SAF commissioned his rank not his father, a soldier takes direct order from an immediate commanders, not any other commanders with a higher rank. though as soldier ur deem essentially to respect at the rank commissioned by the President. a good officer is expected to know his place.

On paper any officers outrank all non commissioned officers (3rd sgt - chief warrant officer) but in practice no

On paper, all officers are higher than the WOSpecs (because they have to make a linear hierarchy), but in reality, the WOSpecs and Officers are different roles. Officers are legislative leaders, while WOSpecs are the executive leaders. Officers are the planners, while WOSpecs are the executors. That's why LTA is higher than 1WO de jure, but de facto 1WO is higher due to higher appointments.
