A FANTASTIC DAY IN WHITBY AT THE PIRATE FESTIVAL!

My fair lady says you're an infectious character. She must be right because I liked and subscribed. We were in Whitby for three days and nights in May 2023, over from Melbourne, Australia. So captivated, that we will be back in 2025 for double the time. Probably in between festival weekends. In an ideal world we'd attend them all - steampunks, pirates, goths - but as we know, accommodation is tight during those times. I could go on for an hour here about Whitby and surrounds but nobody needs to read that when you're showing it all 💚💜

I thought you'd be the star of the harbour, now it happens to be a small charter fishing boat? 😂 Simon, On the subject of rudeness, The message in the bottle reads... Being rude reveals a lot about the person, not about you... So don't take it personal. They may just be suffering from scurvy, so you have to cutlass them some slack. 😂😂 Remember.. If you meet a motley crew or a not so Jolly Rodger , make them walk the plank!! 😂😂 You don't need a X on a treasure map to find that Wristband & it's worth a lot more than pieces of eight. i am a street photographer simon. always polite, (sometimes) so looking forward to staying in your little cottage in two weeks. down here is so different from where you are. street photography in whitby is not a challenge. apart from one night outsight whitby station over night. it changes. no one talks about that lol. see u soon regards mick
