A Farming Year with Newton Farms 2020 | Part 1 of 2 |

Welcome to BlueBird Media.
This is Part 1 of 2 of 'A Farming Year With Newton Farms'. In this project we follow a mixed large scale arable farm, Newton Farms. All jobs on the farm are carried out by hard working and dedicated staff. The farm prides itself on growing crops such as Wheat, Barley, Canary grass and sugar beet.
On their land, Potatoes are grown utilising water from a nearby reservoir and maize is grown for Anaerobic digestion. Newton Farms are also dedicated to helping wildlife throughout the seasons through their conservation strategies.
All filming was within government rules and guidelines. Social distancing was carried out throughout the project.
