Okay, a lot of people I’m the comments are saying that Fatal Error and Error are the same person, and they aren’t wrong but they came to be differently, you see Error came to be because Geno’s plan actually went through and the timeline was erased, and then he was stuck in an anti-void now Fatal Error came to be because Error came and tried to take Geno’s soul, when Geno was saying that you can’t because it’s impossible for him to die here, then he glitches out and turned into Fatal Error.... I’m sorry I just had to address that XD

Its actually because Error's power is a mere atom compared to Fatal's power. It takes alot of energy for Error to destroy a tiny number of AUs (UV Error is an exception) whilst Fatal can destroy the entire Multiverse (or at least a chunk of it, can't remember) and not break a sweat.
