Susanne has such a grounded, relaxed, and kind presence. I've been loving getting to know more about her and how she works. I can see how the kids on the other side think she's cool and what a phenomenal job she did at being their voice. My heart and admiration goes out to all the shining light parents choosing to show up for their kids in life, despite their immense pain. You are all real heroes.
