Yes, excellent places to chill right on the beach. Da Nang wins for me on every level. I feel connected and content here.

Da Nang looks great, Richy Parkinson said the people are very friendly in D.N on one of his Vlogs. Did you look up the accommodation (@3.30m) it looked great from the outside?

Da Nang is great for me. I did a quick search however could not locate that accom. Next time I walk past I'll see if there is an address.
