I love your channel so much, it has aided me well during my ups and downs of my ED recovery, right now sadly going through a down day of ED Recovery, but this video is so relaxing and just the thing I needed. I love these day in life themed type videos of different things you do throughout your days, weeks etc and I am always happy for the reminders you put in the video explaining if you either aren't showing a full day of eating and/or explain that the specific food is not the only thing you at that day it really helps so much, compared to other ED channels, yours is the only one where it has never triggered my ED and it actually helps ease it and helps me get through recovery. Also, I so love autumn and winter currently snuggling in my GIANT primark christmas chequered blanket with the heating on.
