I am subscribed to Queens Don't quit - its an app with live workouts (but i just do them on demand) - they have an insta page called queens don't quit which explains the workouts more. I've been doing it since lockdown and i love it so so much. also Maeve has such a healthy mindset with exercise which i find really helpful. P.s. this is not an ad i just love it so much xxx
