I think you live a REAL life just like most people, especially being 30(s), which means life ebbs and flows. Sometimes life is exciting with social gatherings, trips, and events, but sometimes its just back to the normal daily grind. This is why I think your subscribers continue to watch your content/vlogs! Keep on keepin on, we love ya!

Single Canadian girlie in her 30s here, just living my happy little life in my cute little condo. This morning I woke up, realized I needed to freeze my bananas for smoothies, made coffee, settled in to watch your blog and there you were freezing bananas too! Relatable 😂 so I did it along with you! I guess my point is that I enjoy the exciting, social, glamorous sides of your life as it motivates me to spice mine up a bit every now and then…but honestly just seeing another woman in a similar life arena going about her daily life helps me feel less alone or ‘behind’ in mine. So thank you for that. There is beauty in the simplicity of life. I see it in yours, and honestly really enjoy mine too!

I think we all appreciate your pointless vlogs because it’s real life. You’re one of the most genuine people on here and it’s refreshing to watch realistic stuff.

Hubner Silicea gel and Biotin 2000mcg worked for me! My hair started growing like weeds and strong long nails! I do also take a probiotic. Hair loss starts with the gut as I am sure you know 😊

Hi Melissa! I also have an iron deficiency and I am experiencing ALL the symptoms you mentioned. The hair loss is no fun but since I started taking iron supplements it has slowed. This video was very relatable, thanks for sharing!

Totally feel you on the telogen effluvium. I was recently diagnosed with it and alopecia areata. I will say after a dermatologist consult, she jokingly said 'put down the clippers' when I explained how worried I was about losing all of my hair. She said it will grow back, albeit slowly. You can take topicals rogaine, but if you stop, the cycle will begin again. If you take oral, you tend to grow hair everywhere and if you stop, the cycle begins again. She very empathetically said to hang in there, but as someone with thin hair already, it was pretty distressing. After a 12-18 months, I will say that it is growing back. It's just a slow process. Hang in there

Oh! And because of the alopecia areata, which is an autoimmune condition, they did a full panel and everything (including iron) was totally normal. Dermatologist explained that during these cycles, you're just living more in the telogen phase vs. anagen (sp?) - which is super frustrating when you're feeling desperate for a resolution.

So funny, the vlogs you consider are boring, to me are the best! I can't with vlogs when people travel all the time, buy things I can't afford, endless hauls, I love vlogs of people like you who shares day to day life. Feel so cozy to watch. You have said in the past that you sometimes cut a lot of parts where you talk a lot, but to me those "rambles" connect the person more with the audience, cause we are women, we constantly "ramble" about the most silly things yet are interesting to listen to. I have felt so identified with many things you talk about. So all this to say, your vlogs are great! keep doing what you are doing, don't over think too much before publish. Im in the point that I wish you post 2-3 times per week 😍

Hi Mel, I lost so much hair last year from really bad quality of the water in the area, where I was living. I started to use the led mask also on my hair and I don't have any issue anymore :)

Hey Melissa, thank you for the vlog! I have iron deficiency issues as well and relate so much to all your symptoms, its very frustrating to be so low on energy all the time. Apart from taking the supplements is there anything else you have been doing proactively to improve your iron? I am taking supplements but am not noticing any big difference unfortunately :(
