I have. Some of my best battleship games ended because I kited two or three ships from my collapsed flank towards mid spawn, leaving them broadside to my other flank who had won their flank.

I was on today, doing T7 premium ships to grind premium supplies, and no matter how hard I tried, my team just kept getting stomped. Defeat after defeat after defeat. Eventually I just said screw it I'll get the wins in vs AI.

Spartan mate I think you're a great player. But if you were up on the top left and seen a bb going down the wayward your team was losing then you died you would be going mental about the bb ( you were in today going away from the fight, I understand you had to do it but in a lot of games I've seen you play you always say what the hell is he doing 😂. Im just busting your balls mate, but you do. Anyway I wanted to ask about the vermont, its my favourite ship, a bit slow but even though I've only had it about 4 or 5 months ove got my highest scores in it, but recently with how my team behaves I've had to change my playstyle, for example dds not going forward or the whole team moving to ones side of the map (usually the other side I'm on and you know how slow they are), should I go with them or continue to try keep my side as long as possible? Also I've been moving forward a lot more, I've never been one to snipe as far away as possible l, by that I mean going back alt start and staying there, but im a forward attacker at the least to my cap until enemy dead there then move on and try encircle them. So any advice? Also who do you have as captain and inspiration? I have AL Colorado as cap and Cunningham (for grouping) and Scharnhorst (dispersion) and they have been great. So please give me some ideas for what to do when on team that does the things I said? Love the show, especially when you get salty or spicy 🤪

I run hoshino full reload build on Vermont currently. As for each match it's situational. If you know 5+ ships are on your flank and you have no shot sometimes you gotta kite. Vermont is fully incapable of withdrawing so if you push into a situation like that you'll die but if you recognize it early and kite them back to where your team can help while defending the cap and continuing to be useful then great. Alot of folks run away or hide where they can do nothing until they die or charge straight in and die without paying attention to the positions of reds..

@SpartanElite43 thanks for responding mate ypu helped me a lot from the start. I totally agree, the vermont is too slow to be able to get out of dodgy situations, I have to admit that recently with the dds not moving and my 2 guys on my side of the map go across to the other side i have been playing badly going to far forward feeling like I have to at least slow this side of the reds down and hope my whole team can deal with the reds over there which literally is only 2 but my team don't push even with our whole fleet there except me. I'm glad I watched this vid as you have validated my recent thoughts that I don't have to go forward too far so early, its just you know reddit etc saying about bbs sitting back and I'm like you I like to get into the fights so with recent changes to the teams style of play ( which honestly I don't know what's making all these crazy decisions) I can now feel like I'm doing the right thing. Keep up the great work mate, been watching you for ages and I have to disagree with what you said in this video, you are definitely well above average, ypu have great tactical knowledge and spacial awareness also knowing what the enemy will do. You would of been good in the military i think. Anyway thanks again for the response I didn't think I would get one with the vid being out nearly 24 hours. Keep up the great content, I know it must be a pain sometimes but there's a lot of us out here who got better watching and listening to you, even when you get angry which we all do shows us that it's OK for the annoying things to happen, I'm a shouter as well. @robertpalmer7693 i always tell folks that I play for entertainment so I'm overly aggressive and most people should not play as aggressive as me. As for the rest I try to offer the basic knowledge I think all players should know such as angling ammo types weaknesses and kiting versus pushing as well as paying attention to what is going on around you.

nice team play win. that is what I would like to play in a majority of my matches :( I also had a teammate earlier, yolo rush into a Rupprecht, instead of defending the flank against a potato Split. then Kitakaze yolo rush into a Schröder ... 🤬 could it be that WG doesnt like you? I played against you this afternoon(morning for you). your team was bad and then WG gave me the best salvo ever in my Tirpitz, sinking you at 19km, not missing a single shell 🤣 I unlocked Defence soon after. unfortunately, I copied your team-mates rating. 😭 I hope you had better luck with your teams

Silly spartan, why would anyone learn from their mistakes when they can just blame all their crap strategy on game imbalance and weak teams. Sure a weak team of blueberries will guarantee a defeat but that shouldn't stop any competent player from having fun and having a decent performance, yet I always see people get dev struck 2 minutes into a match and blame their team or just label the ship that took them out as overpowered.
