I want to add a few more things which you should really get a feeling for if you want to main Pyke: -the amount of time you need to hold q for it to be a hook instead of a stab. I do this subconsciously by now but getting a feel for it matters a lot against certain match-ups like Soraka. If done at the right distance you can charge q and release for a hook before Soraka can get her silence down. This also makes her an easy target if she goes for it since she will be standing still to cast it. -One thing I am really bad at since I never bothered learning it: You can cast e while holding down Q. This can be useful to bail out of a hook attempt if you get focused. -Don't practice the fancy combo's since you will almost never use them. You only need to be good at flashing at last moment of your e and know your ult range well.

The information was a little basic at times yea xd - it was what I could think off of the top of my head :D And the video slowly became less informative and more “funny” as I made the script xddd I was considering a guide for how to predict, so maybe that’ll help you ^^ From the analyses on KZbin, I’m pretty sure a 20 min video would be a lot of effort for a very little audience sadly :/

@PykeonaSpike thx for the response, I think a Q / Hook 🪝 guide would help some people. I really struggle sometimes when they always hide behinde minions or when they have a Nautilus / Tham support who always is upfront. I feel really useless then and when my adc dosent poke them they will just permanently push us under the tower.

@PykeonaSpike thank god, im not the only pyke player who feels that way about the teammates. dia 1 otp on NA. i never bothered to do the flash after e q channel, have always done e, flash, or q, flash instead, you're right that combo would be a lot less predictable. how do you keep a good mental playing league as a solo q player? heres 4 things ive never bothered to do in my history of league, -never timed flashes and kept track of them (how is it accurate with the 10% rune/18% lucidity boots? is there any other flash cdr i dont know about?) -never once bothered to vod review anything -never did any warm ups or practice tool stuff -never set up more ping buttons (i only use - assist me, on "c", enemy missing ? on "n", and enemy vision on "v", and quick ping for ults/flashes, should i use more ping buttons? -i play with chat disabled, but not pings (teammates tilt me if i chat) was thinking if i tried to improve and do these things i could probably get into masters or higher. do you think any of those things is worth the time and effort and would improve me?

Bro wrote an essay, holy :o I duo’d as much as I could. Sadly this split I got hit with “Master mmr” as early as Diamond 4, so that was *funny*.. I started keeping track of flash cooldown in high Master. If I see that have inspiration, I assume they have the summs cdr, which means 4 minutes instead of 5. - can absolutely help, but not necessary to climb. VOD reviewing is said to help, but me personally am too biased and stupid to review my own games. Also, you’ll realize watching my Twitch streams, most of my mistakes I will tell you about before I do them XDD I use a lot of pings, to most accurately give info. Push wave, ss, stop, back off, go in, fight. A lot of different things to say. And another person has to try to interpret your meaning of the ping.. yea, safest to use the most accurate ping.

binge watched and then played a single game on pyke (I don't usually play support, I'm sure I'm better than 90% of mine when I'm ADC though). Enemy adc died twice in 3 minutes and rage quit. 2 minutes later they FF. Literally won the game in 5 minutes just using red trinket lvl 1 at the tribush.

the point of pykes R is just finishing the kill when ur teammates have left. the execute treshold is insanly low so it just q and they die. pykes ultimate aint rly that useful because a basic syndra q would just execute them

I disagree. It scales with lethality, so if you're fed and the enemies are squishy you can literally execute them at half hp at times!
