It’s no accident I stumbled across 2819, I was an addict for most of my life I spent close to 30 years in prison in 2 different states I’m from Knoxville Tennessee but landed in Augusta after a prison bid for trafficking. I am a part of a ministry called broken outreach it’s geared towards addiction. Needed this sermon today! My husband and I have recently separated. It was incredibly hard for me at first and my every thought was consumed by what I could do to save my marriage and what I could of done differently. I have realized, I do not have the power to save, that’s Jesus. This week I’ve been pouring into God because I know healing only comes from Him. I do not want to make my husband an idol or allow him to be one anymore. I want to trust God and surrender this relationship, it is on the altar. If it is in the Lord’s will, it will be! I must contend internally and fight for my faith. My identity isn’t in being a wife, it is in being the daughter of the Most High. I am called, loved & kept! Thank you❤

I never comment on here, but what you said is parallel to what I lived and cried about. I love this. This was my prayer last September when my husband and I separated. God truly answered my prayer and freed me from idolizing the position of a wife. That time alone made me see who I am in Christ. I honestly can’t say I’d change a thing about it from beginning to end. God is in the restoring business and if he wills it, it will happen. I’m excited for you to find out who you are as a daughter of the most high, not who you are as a wife. Idk you or where you are, however, I’m sending your a great big virtual hug. I am praying for your strength and that the peace of God cover your mind and heart as you navigate through uncharted territory. You’ve got this! ❤

Amen! My wife and I separated last year and I went through it all. Trying to figure out how I could save my marriage or what I could do to make her not leave, I wore myself out. It wasn't until this year when I went to a men's conference in Houston that I truly began to lay it all down and give everything to Jesus. He showed me that I idolized my wife and that I did not have Him first in my life. I continued to sit with The LORD and He continued to reveal to me the areas in my life I needed to change; the biggest one being that I was a narcissist and I didn't even know it. This ministry, along with others and building my own relationship with Jesus through prayer, reading, and fasting, has been huge for me this year. I have also placed my marriage on the altar, and I am contending for the faith. I pray we all have a revelation of who God is and the relationship He desires to have with us.

I am a school teacher and I'm so thankful for my littles! My school is a wonderful place to work with believers! We live in a community that is being destroyed by drugs. The children are living in terrible conditions. I have gone to the restroom and cried and He heard those tearsI pray for them every day. It's tough but God moves for our littles! 🥹🙌 Thank you Jesus! This message is absolutely timely and makes my heart full. Last Friday I had to unexpectedly put my dad on hospice and he passed the next Monday. He was a wonderful and anointed worship leader all throughout my childhood but as I got older he quit and fell into an alcohol addiction. He struggled for less than 10 years, alcohol took him that quick. I prayed and prayed over him. He told my mom that weekend he wasn’t afraid of dying, he was afraid of where he was going. I called our family pastor and dear friend for them to talk before he got too confused. They talked for many hours Saturday. The next day he was completely confused and Monday morning I was listening to worship music in the living room with him and taking notes on the message before and he passed while I was doing it. I had sent him many videos of your preachings and prayed for him so much. I absolutely know I did my part and he is worshiping again. He stumbled and made mistakes but at the end, he got back up. He finished his race.
