Lol we did have one in our classroom during lunch time. We were all tired of PE that day and we decided to go have a boodle fight in our classroom. We gave each other money and a pair of our classmates went to buy meat, another pair went to find banana leaves, and they managed to cook it in the school kitchen. I'm married to a filipina, going on for 11 years. She has introduced me to a huge amount of different foods. A few things to remember... 1. No knives. Spoons and forks only. 2. Eating with your hands is acceptable, tough to get over after a childhood of "don't eat with your hands" 3. Most important! Never finish everything on your plate, it says to your host you're not finished or it wasn't enough.

How to eat in a boodle fight or how to eat by hand 1. **WASH YOUR HANDS VERRRRY THOUROUGHLY** with soap and water(basic way of cleaning your hands, no complications there) 2. Make sure you have a banana leaf or plate to put your food on 3. If you are not comfortable with bare hands, ask for a plastic disposable glove, several restaurants can provide you one 4. The table in the center is covered with rice and varsities of dishes, so choose well on what you want to put on you plate, and rice is a must on your meal 5. If you have no idea how “kamayan” is done, ask their servers or manager and they will teach you how 6. After you are done eating, dispose of the gloves and go back to step 1, which is Wash your hands with soap and water. use alcohol or sanitizer while your at it 7. And kindly pay your bill before leaving, but if this is set up in a home thank the hosts especially since its culture for pinoys to pack foods for you to take home, no, not all the food given to you is from the table you just ate and put your hands on, there is always extras reserved just in case the table is cleaned out by guest
