Newcastle's takeover a few years ago left us all expecting them to become the next Man City with loads of world superstars turning up in the North East. As it is, they're still playing Dan Burn at left back, finished bottom of their Champions League and are in a mid-table Premier League battle with Man Utd and Chelsea. Not quite what they had in mind, which is where I come in. But this is no ordinary rebuild - I've got 5 years to complete a financially sensible Newcastle rebuild!

Come on. The UCL group was probably the hardest of all time, got robbed by PSG and only went last in the final day. Also now they're having one of the worst injury crisis in Prem history (they actually broke the record i think). Newcastle is doing great considering the odds, and now they're above Man United on the run for a Europe spot.

That is from the original official start of fm24 this is someone’s unofficial update that Kev is using where the board seem to be more like our board who weren’t pressuring for champions league as they knew we over achieved. So I like this unofficial update as your right the board are ruthless on the official one.

The last rebuilds got it right with Trippier, it will be interesting to see how many Kev gets correct this time. Always difficult at Newcastle's level to find value players to take the team to the next level while being financially prudent. Could be a case of loans from the likes of PSG, Madrid, Bayern and Barca. Adding in 4 or 5 top youngters that will be world class.

The reading of the name of Oscar Gloch is using a sound not existent in english (similar to the sound in the name of Ryan Gragehfjdhbrfbjdg from Liverpool) which usually in Israel we translate to H (like in the city of Haifa) So i think it would be read as GloH (Explanation is not exact for simplicity reasons)

Have you considered that maybe it isn’t for you? The purpose of the one off videos is to bring new viewers to the channel. Nobody is going to choose an episode 30 of a series as a good jumping on point. If you’re already here and watching every day anyway, don’t feel that you have to watch the videos designed for a completely different audience and then moan about them. @@lollujo the dismissive talk of failure compared to City as an example used. City's first full season after takeover they finished 10th (having finished 9th season before) We finished 4th first full season. Yes we finished bottom of our CL group, but in a very difficult group. And we're in a totally different landscape than City or Chelsea with FFP, we can't just spend money like in FM. Just strange to dismiss it as some sort of failure when we're halfway through the second season
