iI liked your video, thanks very much, it reminds me of the time my friend Ray and i passed our bike tests on two M20s during my last posting in the British Army at 3 Div Airhead Ordanance Company at Luggershall south England in 1976, we became the despatch riders for the base, we had some really good times on the M20s and we broke them a few time doing stunts but luckily didn`t get into trouble he had a Honda CB250 and i had a 250 Suzuki RamAir which was knackered and i bought a Triumph 750 `export` model from Motorcycle city in Aldershot having just made it there on my Suzuki, good job Ray was with me on his bike, and on the way back to camp the back wheel neary came off the Triumph, very scary. It`s good to see these bikes being restored by enthusiasts like yourselves, it keeps us oldies happy, thanks again.

Restoration is pure engineering. For restoring any machine you have to earn very depth knowledge of machine and vintage automobile engineering technics. This is not loke art, no one can restore a vintage machine with just waving paint brass, here needed pure talent and dedication to learn old automobile technics, you have collect knowledge form old rare books, retired mechanic and from very rare genuine manuals. That's why only few human exits who have this kind to scientific and technical knowledge to truly restore a vintage machine and give then life once again, so that there engine can beat once again with the former glory. Salute for all Vintage automobile Restores.

My Grandfather rode BSA M20 motorbikes during WW2. He was in the 2NZEF (2nd New Zealand Expeditionary Force) signal corp. I have a photo of him with his M20 taken somewhere in North Africa, and I have all his medals. Thank you for restoring these motorcycles.

It would have been better had there been the sound of the bike itself. Why the maker didn't give sound of bike is well known to himself !

Because if you check the front wheel at 4:59, it isn't moving...maybe the bike was actually not running and kept on a platform

The chap was wrong to say M20s need careful maintenance . They were built so rugged for army use they could and were horribly neglected yet still kept running . I had an ex desert army M20 when i was 15 that i rode over ploughed fields and through tangled woods and it was completely indestructable . I just left it under a hedge one day to have lunch and imnever saw it again ; nicked !

And I have been following 101 India for the last 3-4 monthsand there's not been a single day I have stopped thinking about one of your videos. If there is something coming from India on the same lines as this channel its you. You can become one of those channels.

Hey! I just started up with motorcycling last Feb. Bought myself an Avenger Cruise 220. Since I started riding it, I started enjoying the rides. The thing is, when it comes to having some knowledge about the bike, I lack in it so much. I have tried asking some people on how and where to acquire an in-depth knowledge about my bike so that I would know about how everything works and is fixed, but to no avail. I also wished to learn how to build a bike from scratch and that as well seems to be impossible.

Appreciate the zeal to restore a very old bike however it would have been a treat to see all authentic bike. This M20 front mudguard is altered, head lamps is from a later B31 model not a authentic M20 light, fuel tank never had a monogram, tail lamp and number plate is also from a B31 50"s model, please don't mislead saying all original and parts imported please.
