2:14 - push body to the right then finish with left hand. 2:35, same thing g but with right hand. 2:50 - drive down swing ball to right hand them back to left hand them finish with left hand. 3:02 - drive down and lay it up with your right hand and close by the goal. 3:11 - drive down, then swing basketball to the left then slide to the right a little and lay up with left. 3:24 - drive down the. Slide to the right and hang right there and finish.

Using alot of your drills and concepts to drill my lil bro for Highschool. I gave him one day of training on shifting, tight handles, and natural rhythm and he's already way better and he's probably going to be the only Sophmore on varsity. Good shit man 💪🏾💪🏾 this shit really works and is efficient!

That early drose is just plain athleticism, bro does the same moves he did then but is simply slower because age and the injuries so had to develop a jumper

Xavier Thweatt don’t worry man. Work on everything but shooting and finishing. You can still work on ball handling, strength, explosiveness, speed, and defense.
