Integral domain has unity....then why r u proving that it has unity at 19:13

because in some books the definition of integral domain is written as " A commutative ring without zero divisor is k/as an integral domain" instead of commutative ring with Unity so we have to prove that it has Unity. hope this helps others.

For an Integral Domain, there is another condition that is no zero devisor should exist in R... That you have not mentioned here
