I hate Electrode just because of how useless it is under your control. I learned to hate it when I was trying to raise ALL Electric Types in Gen 3 and Electrode just like...did nothing. It's a great concept as an NPC mon especially since the Self Destruct/Explosion works great as a move for mimics in Pokemon since it will probably kill you, but it just sucks outside of being a fast boom
