First time I have watched Extreme Makeover and I'm not sure that I will ever need to watch another episode. This programme had it all and reduced me to happy tears from beginning to end. How deserving this family is of your time, love and support and those in their community. You have all given 11 young men the opportunity to shine and make a positive difference in this world, may they all dream big and succeed. We have here in the UK a program called the Big Build which is similar in content and aims to help those most in need. My admiration and respect goes out to you all and thank you for emphasising how love and compassion for others changes lives in a ripple effect. This has been the best, and most rewarding 45 minutes I have spent in a very long time. Thank you ❤

This couple adopted 8 boys, adding to their own 3 boys. They had few possessions but a lot of love. All these boys truly appreciate everything they have received, but they are most happy about the college scholarships. It shows how they value the right things. This was an excellent makeover, nothing over the top, just basics, like beds.

holy Toledo. This came up in my feed and I'm so glad I watched it. Such deserving people and so selfless. Such amazing souls to adopt all those children in need and then to hear them want to give back and help their fellow countrymen in Haiti was just heart melting. What I admired the most is the love that the 3 biological sons shared with the adopted children. They could have felt bitter & despise them thinking if they were only 3 boys in the family, they would have a better life bc expenses would only be for a family of 5 & not 13. Myself and my 3 children all have Ehlers Danlos syndrome and it is so debiltating. It was so nice to see this family get a home that not only suits the size but also the medical needs. I hope this family lives the best life in their new house

It's cool. I watch these videos and feel good know I will always be a part of it--like thousands of other volunteers. I helped with the Keiki O Ka Aina build in Hawai'i in 2007 and got to attend the great after-party celebration (with some WAY fantastic food!) at the invitation of the builders who told me I was welcome to attend because, "you were the volunteer who would do anything." Love those memories of being a part of something so cool that helped and inspired so many and seeing how it all comes together.
