Put cut flowers in 7up or the store brands and the cut flowers will last days not hours. I was in the hospital and my girl gave me roses from her garden. A week plus the roses was still pretty. I left them for the next person or for the nurses. I only had a can of mtn dew so i put the roses in that. My neighbor gave me flowers valentine day. He couldn't believe 2 weeks later they were still pretty. Do not use water only the soft drink. You will be surprised Letha

The awning as is, is not upper torso handicapped friendly, glad your getting a motor put in for it. The holes in the awning are from the stitching that has disintegrated over the years due to the extreme heat, it can probably be restitched.

Cole, good PT opening the awning. From 1 pet owner to another, friendly advice, I have a sun worshipper dog that sometimes actually will stay out in the sun to long and I actually have to bring her inside to keep her from overheating. I am near Housto TX and at 6pm it is 101.

I had a mini golden doodle that I tried so hard to keep! I even paid thousands to send her to obedience school. The instructor told me that she was the single most hard headed dog he had ever tried to train. She could learn but only chose to obey for a short few seconds and bam! It was over! She was back to her disobeying and being entirely too unruly! No matter how much she walked and ran and played she wanted more and would act up until she got what she wanted. I finally cried my eyes out and sold her to people that already had a full size golden doodle and a huge area for her to run daily. Plus they had children. Here it was just me grieving the loss of my husband of 39 years to brain cancer. I miss her all the time but the people that bought her send me pictures and videos regularly. I loved her and still miss her. One day, one day! That is the only breed dog I want and love. I’m not sure what to do differently when I do get another. I love your new home! I’m excited about what you guys are doing that so secretive! So I’ll be here tagging along, waiting to see what coming! God bless!
