Because BofA gets their pockets lined with this contract. They get fees from vendors with each swipe. And their stock goes up because they can report an uptick in business with all these new “customers.” 100,000’s of new accounts. Ex. A person who only banks w/ WF will now have a card with BofA Only reason why they’re okay with direct deposit now is because they’re getting sued with an impending class action lawsuit-and realized it’s a bigger headache than it’s worth

LOS ANGELES. Unemployed Worker Asks Court to Overturn COVID unemployment denial. Los Angeles Superior Court Case 21STCP01911. Johnson v UIAB. Filed June 14, 2021. Court documents claim that the EDD denied the PUA claim after it made false statements saying the worker had applied for COVID 19 relief in December 2019. The worker never filed any unemployment application in 2019 asking for COVID relief.

Fyi bank of america did NOT turn off the money until EDD said so. EDD needs to stop making excuses and get money to the real people that need it. EDD has failed in so many ways. It's disgusting to hear another excuse. EDD failed and continues to fail. Do your job EDD!! Work around the clock and get more help to fix this!! people are struggling

Obviously you don't know how the financial system work. California is three of the states not using Direct deposit and have the highest rate of fraud by 97% more then any other state. Do you have a bank account?? There is fraud because there are two middle men before money is in the receivers pocket, and ZERO identification process during the application. Eliminate the middle man. There are so many illegals and/or people that don't have proper US issue ID's they can't get bank accounts. Thats the only reason the debit card agreement with BOA even exist.

There's people who've hardly worked, saying they play music, getting 15 GRAND TO THEM. One guy had a student, 2 hours a week. 400 per month, got 15 grand, now gets 1800.00 per month. The most he's ever made....600 in a month. Like he'd ever go "back to work". You used to have to prove work history...so crazy.

They did me so cold im still feeling the frostbite !! I went to take $500 out of an B of A Atm and only received $260 but my receipt and account reflected $500 ... Im on "camera" counting the money out as soon as it came out of ATM !! I called the number on the back of the debit card to dispute the charge and was prompted by someone named "Christopher" to dispute the charge by calling the number on the ATM ... I did so only to be sent back to the EDD claims department where I was then told it would take 45 days for them to reach a decision weather or not I will get my $340 back ....that was 02/11/2020 ...since then I had tried to use my EDD debit card to pay bills and buy food but kept getting declines , which was odd because I still have ovee $1500 in the account even after being "ROBBED" for $340 by B of A ... I called the number on the back of the EDD debit card once again to see what the issue was and was told my account had been "closed" on 02/12/2020 !! I now have to get in contact with EDD which has been impossible due to the high volume of callers and of course they're closes today because of the holiday!! Its crazy how I have to provide work history, documents from my childs school and all types of other documentation to prove legitimacy when they gave away billions of dollars to people who committed fraud !! The MF's at the top are the ones that are responsible !! B of A is Robbing people and freezing accounts so they can use that money in the stock market !! They're doing this because people are going and withdrawing all of thier money from their EDD accounts and in doing so B of A stocks were plummeting 👇🏾 !!! Now all of a sudden B of A is seeing a surge in stock prices !! TFOH !!!
