The Shift Scheduler does not take expected passengers into account. They have been made aware of that in the discord server. But you can just make the schedules for each route yourself, once, and then copy and paste it onto the next day and so forth 🙂 - thanks for sharing!

It's quite realistic to have the same bus running throughout the day on the same route. Although I get what you are saying from a game point of view. In the real world you would have reserve buses (or "flexi" buses with no actual routes scheduled) if you had the unfortunate circumstance of a tyre going bust. Although, also in the real world bus drivers have preferences of what bus they like to drive...so sometimes (when I did a temp job in the workshop there) you had 10 minutes to flip the bus around on 2 flat tyres. That was "fun". Thanks Bob if you are reading this for that one! Keep it up. Frank.
