I enjoyed seeing all the hardwork it takes to run a record store. My HS son will visit my local store with me sometimes when I go. He recently said “Maybe I can work there next year when I start college, it looks fun and easy” I quickly told him that a lot of hard work goes into making that look fun and easy. Thanks for yet again showing us something in a different way.. love the vids

OMG, You all just jibber jabber about music and other things. That is a vibe i want to be in. LOVE IT! You had me laughing all about the Johnny Castle record LOL

That comment about Cleopatra cracked me up. Back in the 1990’s, they were one of my go-to labels.

Yeah mine too. I loved when they were signing all the glam Metal bands and doing the Latest & Greatest re-recorded hits packages.

I think Anthony could put a live WebCam in the store and he would be surprised how many viewers he would get. I wouldn’t watch all day, but I would check in every once in a while. I think it’s interesting.

As much time as you spend at the record store you might as well get a part-time job there 😂 all kidding aside we all definitely enjoy the camaraderie amongst all you guys as well as providing a few good laughs.

Fun video, Brendon! I just streamed that new Sergeant Thunderhoof CD last night. I listened to it all the way through and I don’t usually do that. Thanks for tuning me on to it!

The band at the beginning of Roadhouse is Cruzados. Don’t Throw Stones is the song they are playing. Anthony is right - the song remains unreleased. Someone tried an AI clean up recently from the movie and it sounds good. Probably the best we will get. It’s strange that all music from that movie is not released in one collection - definitely a missed opportunity. Good vid Brendon. Cheers

Great view of the store. I think that Gang of Four and Kiss Dynasty, on the wall there, would have gone home with me for sure.

That was a little creepy. More like a pesky fly getting in everyone’s face while they’re trying to work.

This was great Brenden you’re onto something. The camera angle should be wide enough to capture the whole room in one angle though. Someone mentioned a daily webcam, and I agree Anthony may be surprised how many people tune in daily to it

I thought I heard mention of the movie roadhouse during this video well that caused me to check into the Jeff Healey band a little more and on streaming they have the lost roadhouse soundtrack, which is over the top magnificent unfortunately it’s really hard to get on CD but I’m probably just gonna stream it or buy it off iTunes if anybody is into Jeff Healy, this is a must purchase

A piercing in your tongue. That seems odd and strange. I don’t understand why a person would want to get a piercing in the middle of their tongue. I could see why you like full sleeve tattoos. They’re neat looking and people ask you about it. But a tongue piercing in the middle of your tongue? What’s that all about?
@thesoutherncrossing232810 күн бұрын
Yes, I agree. Piercings really don’t suit him.

his prerogative , I don't see why a person would want to wear a suit and a tie ? ;)
@treff92269 күн бұрын
@@Matias-music-71If I was making a six figure annual salary, a suit and tie would fit nicely! I'm from a different time, I don't even understand tattoos, unless it's representing something deeply personal, and it's the lone one.
@Matias-music-719 күн бұрын
@@treff9226 , I think it is about how you carry it , and yeah like anything it can be overdone .., as for the suits , it has been my personal experience that I have been screwed over more often by a person wearing a suit then by one with piercings or tattoos ;) .
@treff92268 күн бұрын
I can easily understand the percentage of assholes wearing suits would surely be higher than people with tats or piercings - that's my experience as well! Chances are good that that suit came by stepping over other people and having to sell a piece of one's soul to play the corporate game. I've always gotten along with artistic people and "outsiders" for sure. Those kinds of humans seem to have ego in check, and are looking for more than a big paycheck and status. Still, the tattoo thing is pretty played out, seems cooler NOT to have one nowadays.😁
