A food-lover's dream wedding - Charleston Love Story | The Island House, Johns Island SC

When a wedding planner gets married, everyone expects there to be amazing details, beautiful decor and style galore, and everyone agreed that in this case "she nailed it"! But for Rachel and Jason, even more than her amazing style and plan for their wedding, this day was all about their family and the people they love. Both Jason and Rachel have a very beautiful relationship with their parents and it was so special not only show their love stories but also a chapter of their family story that future generations will love to see.
When we sat down to watch the final video together, we also noticed there was something similar to Rachel's favorite movie and romantic comedies in general with their story. The way they met improbably online, the funny stories their friends shared to talk about their love story, the soundtrack they wanted for the film, the sweet family connections, the tears and the laughter, it was all there! And we didn't miss the recurring theme of food, how perfect it was at the wedding, but also how it seemed to enter into every story. And for food lovers, what is more romantic than offering up your first (and last!) bite of food to your love? You couldn't write a script better than their true story.
