After I listened to this, I decided that the time I was going to spend in the car this afternoon to drive where I needed to go, would equal the porch. And, how incredible, I literally got a "porch moment" shorly after whilst driving, and a solution to my dilemma came up. I felt so at peace. So beautiful. Thank you.

@claireleamy3168 - yes, Adya has retired from teaching but Open Gate Sangha (the nonprofit that supports his teachings) will continue to bring forward previously unpublished video recordings of his talks. Is Adyashanti doing ok health wise? I heard various rumors about why he retired. If it's PTSD (one rumor I heard) if he's in the Bay Area they have the best tx facilities there for EMDR and other therapies. Meditation doesn't fix everything
