I have watched sooo many little house videos, and have always imagined living in one. Although I have worked so hard since the age of 17, I have had to rent my entire life. What I would give to live in THIS beautiful home. It is just everything. Amazing!

We just retired and I am very glad we chose to live light and moderate. It enabled us to retire before we are old and not have all the junk to haul around. Make a list of dreams, then write the goals/benchmarks to get there. Make a plan and stick to it. Drive an economical car, get a phone every 3 or 4 years. Things like that make huge difference! Good luck.

Back last mid century A frames were really popular, and so logical! Of course then they were craftsman doing lots natty things with wood, were able to tuck firewood under lower roof, also so easy to clean gutters. Not so hot if you had tank water, you'd need a pump. This is a beautiful design here

I would like to see more light, maybe from that back wall, and another sky light above the living room/kitchen area. Solar would be a smart addition. Is there a toilet/sink area for the upstairs? I think handling of the bathroom areas downstairs could be smarter, with privacy from the bedroom/office area, and just 1 tub. I do love the open air feel…

Most likely the cushions are made with material that withstands rain and sun. I would just get a cover that is made for the stove.
