예전거랑 모양이 비슷한데 창이 많아서 이런식으로 집을 짓는 다면 여름은 덥겠지만 바람이 잘통해서 바람불면 시원함. 겨울은 해가 잘 들어와 따듯하겠어요😊 화장실에 창이 있어 환기는 잘되고 물기도 잘마를 것 같음.

Wow- LOVE this beautiful design! May need a pulley system to get bed or larger furniture into & out of loft because stair space maybe too narrow facing the wall. More storage can be incorporated under staircase, if needed.

Thank you, you can see a small closet from the stairs when going up to the bedroom. These are just simple design ideas, in reality we need to add more storage space in the walls or under the stairs. Thank you.

Thank you, for 3d modeling I use SKETCHUP, for rendering movies and photos I use LUMION, along with COREL and PHOTOSHOP to refine or design the materials applied to the model. After all the problems were rendered into components, I used a video editing software CAMTASIA to get a finished video.

This may be easier on the pocket as far as structural is concerned. Almost no masonry, just tubular metal for the rafters, which serve as the "posts" of the house. I want to copy this design, too.

Which you could have contacted come and build this style of home in Lebanon Oregon and Sweet Home Oregon United States Were people can buy the home or rent monthly for $715 Hope to see a lot of them come soon. Not everyone likes to live in a big house. We need more tiny homes!
