Thanks bhai, for raising this issue, I am also a victim of this whole thing, actually this is not only a service problem this is actually a product problem as you can easily find products of much better quality in local markets than these so called brands. My wings earphone which I replaced because it stopped working within months stopped working in just 2 days of replacement and then they said we provide service only once. I don't know what kind of service this is. Keep away from brands like these.

I purchased HP laptop wort 55K in 2021 and I've also purchased extended warranty upto 2 years. My warranty was extended till October 30, 2024. In 20 October I've faced keyboards issue and called them in 26th. They give me free home services. They replace the backlit keyboard completely free of cost, which definitely expensive😊😊 Thankfully I've purchased extended warranty and and their service is very good. I always prefer brand reputation while purchase any expensive electronics next time.

Hey I also have a startup in electronics sector and it goes by the name Neer Electronics. Sirji, also cover 1 more issue. Usually we see extended warranty or full coverage warranty online while buying, that is sold by 3rd party on Flipkart & others. I've an experience I've bought Thomson 43 inch TV, 2 years back, On 8th Oct 2024 it stopped working. I made an complaint Jeeves was the official partner for the repairs & things to take care of, 1 mahina ho gaya, no resolution. Hamesha new date, 2 din, 3 din.. very hectic. I'm planning to make to complain in consumer court. If u have time u can address this issue in general after researching. Thanks bro 😊😊

I owned a Wings Earbuds named as Phantom 315 , the experience was pretty good about the sound quality and the battery backup buds give(not impressed with the case backup), but I faced some problem regarding that in the start of this year 2024(when the warranty was about to expire) there were several problems with the buds like low backup, auto disconnection and voice delay, reached about to their support team various team but didn't good response, everytime i raise a complain they take much time to response and tells me to send the provide by self to thier office although being in Delhi NCR region. I purchased it through flipkart and luckily i also purchased extended warranty from a different company with it which helped me by providing me refund as valuation amount.

I bought dizo wireless neck brand for my wife and myself after a few months it started giving trouble. The service center took 90 days to give me another neck brand and that also started giving me trouble in 7 days. But my warranty was over so dizo warranty didn't apply now. They didn't even extend my warranty.

This is why i only buy from reputed and popular brands and never from any "Indian" brands, because "Indian" brands just resell rebranded Chinese products so might as well buy directly from Chinese companies So at this point all my products are Chinese or non Indian(Xiaomi phone, OnePlus tws, CMF Nothing smartwatch and Wonderboom Logitech Portable Speaker) And never will I buy from any "Indian" brand till they start doing R&D, Design and production in India
