I love love love Pomelo, I preserve it with very light syrup and put it on my cereal or just eat it from the jar. I am amazed how many people in Canada that haven't tried this fruit, a cross between grapefruit and orange, so delicious. ❤❤ I have never tried using the peel or pulp before, but I certainly will next time I am getting Pomelos, I just finished 14 last month into Jars.
