Hey Liz! I wanted to tell you that I worked for HUD housing (section 8), for 13 years. By law, your landlord has to give you a 60 day notice “with cause” or a 90 day notice “without cause”. Unless you are truly being evicted for a legal reason (like not paying rent, violating a rule over and over). You should reach out to your local Fair Housing agency, in your county. Also, please, please find a Section 8 waitlist that is open. You can get on any list, anywhere in the US. There are certain rules to doing that (but I know how to get around those 😮). You would only pay 30% of your income as your rent portion. the Housing Authority pays the rest. So if your income is $1000/month, you would pay $300 (less any utilities you have to pay, plus you get$480 dollar deduction for each child you have). I don’t know what your income situation is. If it’s just KZbin, you can deduct all of your business expenses, making your income even lower. Anyway, you can message me if you have any questions. I was waiting for your video! So glad you uploaded. Im so glad i found your channel. I remember what it felt like when my youngest child ( he just turned 25 this month) i remember when he would have visitation with his dad. I felt like i was pulled different ways. I wanted him to see his dad and spend time with him but i also felt guilty bc he wasn't with me. Even when my son was older, i still felt that way. I think as moms we all want our children to have healthy loving relationships with their other parent and family members. its tough being a single mom. My oldest she just turned 32 and my baby turned 25 all on the same day and month. I really enjoy watching you and your videos. Im still sending prayers 🙏 that you find a great place to move! I’m soooo happy I found you and it’s only been 6 days. Girl I’m literally going through the same thing as you at the same time. 4 kids, disabled mom.
