Well, I went on a family vacation in 2018 during Christmas time ( big mistake) ha. For an expat, I think it really depends on the kind of job he or she is doing. It is definitely expensive eating outside as Mike mentions, Taxi rides are also very expensive. Preparing your own food and taking public transport is musch less easier on the pocket. I beleive it makes a lot of sense stay in an apartment -- Not necessarily a high rent apartment, if you're on vacation or if you are settling down. JBR is situated quite close to Dubai Marina -- which is an amazing Vicinity, lots of things to do, it's Bustling all the time especially in the Evenings; I really enjoyed my time in Dubai Marina. If you can afford it, there's not a place like Dubai.

Hi Mike! New to your channel so you may have explained this before in a previous vid, but why avoid actual milk in favour of nut milks? From everything I've read actual milk is one of the most anabolic foods and was a staple of old bodybuilder diets (not to mention its full of vitamins and minerals too).
