I really hope you enjoy this video! This is my first week in the life video ever and it was way more work than I thought it would be, but really like how it turned out eventually LOL. I'm just not sure if I will ever make a full week video ever again.

Healthy Cookie Dough Shakes
(makes 4 servings of cookie dough and 2 shake servings)
First start by making the cookie dough. You will want to make the cookie dough hours to days before you want the shake (stored in freezer)
Cookie Dough (this will make 4 servings)
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups rolled oats (ground into oat flour with food processor or coffee grinder)
2-3 TBS pure maple syrup (per your sweetness preference)
2 TBS natural peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
Pinch of salt
½ teaspoon vanilla
¼ cup dark chocolate chips (chopped, or can purchase mini chocolate chips)
Approx 3 TBS unsweetened almond milk (or milk of your choice)
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Add more milk if needed until you have a thick doughy mixture.
Crumble mixture into small cookie dough chunks on a plate.
Freeze for several hours prior to using in the shake.
Cookie Dough Shake (will make 2 servings)
Ingredients:
2 ½ frozen ripe bananas (peel prior to freezing)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (or can use chocolate or chocolate peanut butter)
Approx ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of your choice)
1 TBS natural peanut butter
¼ cup dark chocolate chips
½ of the cookie dough above (2 servings), keep the extra ½ frozen for tomorrow’s shakes
Directions:
Blend bananas, milk, chocolate chips, peanut butter, and protein powder in a blender or food processor until you have an ice cream texture and all the banana chunks are pureed (add more or less milk if needed to achieve the consistency you want).
Layer cookie dough with ice cream in 2 glasses.
Top with any extras you like; my go-to is coconut whipped cream.
Enjoy!
