Thank you for this detailed tour of Ascent. Love the openness and spacious common areas throughout the ship. Love the floor to ceiling windows. Love the many sitting areas where one can relax and enjoy the breathtaking view of the sea. Have not cruised Celebrity before but looks like this ship has convinced me to do it in the near future.

I'm going to look for the Solstice-class tour. I'm a long-time Celeb cruiser and I have different thoughts on this class of ship than some others. It's great to hear that the service/food was great especially on an inaugural cruise which, as you stated, always has issues. I'm very interested in the activities video as I wonder where Celebrity does some of their activities in the substituted or deleted areas of this ship vs. the Solstice/Millennium/Century/Horizon classes of ships. Great job with the video though I would have liked to see the interior of the MDRs. I think I like the smaller dining rooms better and two of them remind of DRs on the Horizon/Zenith in some ways.

Thank you for the video. We're going to the Caribbean in 2 weeks on this ship. What is the brand of body lotion etc do they put in the bathroom? It's my 1st Celebrity cruise. I remember that HAL had Elemis so I didn't need to take my good lotion from home.

Did you say they are charging for Scoops? We have been on Apex and Beyond and it has been complimentary at this venue. Sad if they are now charging.
