Yeah, my town has a merchandise outlet that I havn't been to in a while, but they probably still have stuff from last Halloween and Christmas on the shelves. So funny. It was incredibly wild to see some of this stuff on the same table and combined. Another genius idea! Typically purchase everything unless otherwise stated in a video. I.e. Our cookie creations video was all homemade as well as the first item in this one but those are rare. We just bounce ideas back and fourth until we come up with something we think is fun 😃 appreciate the love there!

I will have a chet day once a week or so and generally hit 8k calories or so. Did 10.5 last week and it really made what you guys do more impressive. Felt very sick, thankfully kept it all down. My question to you guys is how can you enjoy certain foods late into a cheat day/ video? I had some 711 fried roll things which are incredibly flavorful, then had some pizza afterword. The pizza tasted awful just because its not as salty or cheesey as the fried rolls. basically I could only enjoy sweet after those. Then upon having some ben and jerrys, everything less decadent than that tasted awful. I got forced to keep going heavier basically.

We were in the same boat before we really focused on becoming stronger eaters! 10k didn’t seem all that crazy and then we started testing the limits and realizing it’s a lot harder than meets the eye. Many years later and 10k is lighter work in a single sitting 😅 Not much advice we can really offer in that scenario. We always try and enjoy these for as long as possible but later in the challenges (or in your case a big cheat day) food isn’t nearly as pleasurable. Little things that stand out or feel exciting we like to note but it’s not much for pleasure at that point. Smartest move for most people is to bounce between sweet and salty rather than following salt up with salt or sweet with sweet 🙏

Strange question but does your skin hurt the next day after eating so much? I’ve been dealing with some unhealthy eating habits and I’ve noticed my skin especially around the stomach and love handle areas hurt the next day after eating way too much. I assume it’s just water retention related.
