Sixth Sample is a great dev. Feature rich and great sounding plugins that doesn't break your bank, and most importantly of all, no user hostile copy protection that only bloats the plugin and unnecessarily eats CPU/RAM resources! A dev I have no issues at all with supporting. Clips and Deelay PE are my favorites out of his offerings, but I use SSF from time to time as well. Everyone should know about his free plugins by now as well. If you don't; Deelay (the free version) is probably the most feature rich free delay out there (alongside HY-Delay 4 Free and Valhalla Supermassive), and Cramit is probably the best free OTT-style plugin out there.
