Here is the fundraiser product page: stablehorsetra...
It has been a very busy week or two here so I thought I would catch everybody up on what's going on and the happenings. First up is a small fundraiser! We have some handmade horse hair bracelets up for sale to help offset a bit of the hay cost around here. Costs have increased dramatically this year and it's cutting into the budget. A few bracelets or so and it'll help ease the pain a bit and hopefully keep a good stock for more horses in the future. Annie had a bit of an accident after spooking due to the neighbor, she's fine, but I talk about that. Maia's training is coming along great! So I wanted to mention that and of course the all round general updates around here and a quick peek at the new trail going in the forest!
Become a member for extra videos and information! I post regularly to the various members sections and you also get to ask me questions directly. It also really helps around here for the horses and helps me make more and better videos for this channel / @stablehorsetraining
We have an online courses site here: myhorsecoach.com where you can enroll to study about horses.
I'm constantly putting up new information as well over on Patreon / stablehorsetraining about horse training, horsemanship, horse husbandry and extra content. You can join for just a dollar per month, or more if you want even more extra videos and information about all kinds of horse topics! / stablehorsetraining
We also have a store on our website: stablehorsetra...
Our store is where you can purchase lessons, trims, training and some merchandise! or help out with a bale of hay or haybag for the horses.
I went to Colorado recently to play with some mustangs, check out this video: • Beautiful Horses And H...

So many topics..."hi" to sweet Zeus, lovely bracelets, gorgeous spring scenes of property and wonderful trails. I spent my childhood (weekends and summers) on my grandparents' 80 acre property on the lake with a bayhead (wet area with bay trees where pastures drained), and this brings back memories of whole days wandering, exploring, among wildlife and farm animals in a beautiful world of wonder. I'm so happy Hayley (sp?) enjoys this opportunity. A true treasure. Thank you more than you can imagine for sharing your life with all of us, for creating this caring community. I pray you will be blessed and able to continue this very special endeavor. I have concerns that the ways of the world with its emphasis on profit, quick results with minimal effort, etc., make your message an uphill effort. I cherish what you are doing and hope it not only continues but also influences and spreads. The world needs more people like you, whether it knows it or not.

So glad Annie did not hurt herself when she spooked out of her paddock. Horses have the highest rate of self-injury of any domestic animal, I bet. Annie has got you figured out and 'trained' for butt scratches -- so cute. Love the bracelets -- what a cool idea to use some horse hair in each one. I'm curious, if it is not too personal, why Maia was only at your place for a short time? Probably for some training and trimming and not for boarding really. I will miss her -- she has soooo much personality and she is a beauty. I could not believe the before pics of Mr Wilde -- wow -- day and night. He has filled out and looks a 1000 per cent healthier :)

Nice that Annie is doing well. Regarding the prices of timber, you could grab a couple of the big trees in the forest and send them to the sawmill. There will be a good number of boards from a tree.🌲🌳
@StableHorseTraining

We don't really have that here, I'd have to hire somebody privately to come on to the property. Making timber from live trees is a really long process and I would still have to treat them so they don't rot. Unfortunately, not worth it.

My heart jumped when I saw the title. I'm so happy Annie was not injured. Was she OK after the trauma? Because once, I saw a young horse jump a fence in a panick as a lorry passed by him and his rider couldn't do anything.. The horse was sweating and shaking, scared, breath labored, nostrils wide open, scary eyes but only had a few minor cuts on his body. It could have been worst. It's good to see Zeus. We rarely see him nowadays. The bracelets are awesome. I would love to buy one essentially to have a few hair from your horses as a souvenir..I really would love that. But I might be too late if they go that quick. Do you ship to France? What about custom fees, how does it work? Otherwise, independently, I'll help you with a bag of hay as I did the other time. This is easier to help you with no postal constraints.

The bracelets are beautiful indeed, whoever crafted them is quite talented. I got here 6 days late so they're completely out of stock. 😔 I didn't realize the bell icon wasn't set to all so for anyone else that reads this, make sure your notifications are set to "all." Just click on the bell and you will be given a choice of "all," "personalized," or "none." If you want a chance at the next fundraiser (whatever it might be) and/or to make sure you don't miss any videos (like I did.) To those that already know this, disregard my comment. I can't believe it took me till today to get one of my favorite channels set to "all" and also. to figure out that one of my favorite horse's names is spelled Joka, not Yoka...😳😂 I'm glad Annie is okay. She's liking the butt scratches already (and sheds as much as Lena does!) One additional question...can anyone buy bales of hay from the online store or was that just for the fundraiser?

Thank you! The bracelets will be continued but only after we figure out what more the horses can have off of them. @@StableHorseTraining Thank you for your reply! I understand that the horses must keep most of their mane and tails intact - bald horses wouldn't be very comely, would they?! 😆 Looking forward to whatever you come up with. I saw on another channel where they took a few strands and wrapped it around different types of stone (turquoise, opal, etc). They sold really well too and more people were able to purchase them. Even a few strands from the beautiful BC Wildies is precious to all of the fans. Whoever crafted these bracelets did a fine job and the lucky recipients got a generous portion of their favorite horse that they will surely treasure for a long time. Nevertheless, that footage shows what a truly wonderful job you're doing out there, both important and impressive! The bracelets are gorgeous (though, in my case it's, as they say, "I'm sorry, but you live in Russia", haha), and somehow I'm not surprised that you chose Little Miss for sharing space with Annie and "tutoring" the filly. The old pups with the gray muzzles are my favorites. I adopted my last dog when she was 9 years old. She looked nearly as bad as Mr. Wild, but it's amazing what a little TLC and a lot of love can do for these sweeties. They ask for so little and give back so much. ❤

Graeme it may be time to purchase a portable saw mill. You’ve definitely have plenty of trees you could turn into money and fences. Thanks for the calming video, it’s much needed nowadays.

Hi, another great video. Timber costs, yeah, to give some idea of UK timber: 4 small posts 75mm x 75mm at 2.4 L costs £75.80. Needed those for fences to my brook to garden boundary, and they won't get me far - lol.

Hi, I live in the US and was able to order and ship a bracelet to me. If you go to the cart and in the shipping section there is a "change address" or "change destination"(I can't remember which one it is) and it adds a drop down list that you can change countries and locations. Hope that helps!

Yes. I've changed the product to be a "virtual" item so that it doesn't apply shipping and simply then needs your address as a purchaser. I'll handle all the shipping manually.
