The handoebar clip is actually a small hook for hanging groceries on after a short trip to the shop or such place to which this is most likely designed for.

I am 220 lbs with a major knee issue, the seated scooter help to transport me from the available parking garage to my office work place with is about 2 miles away. Given that my quasi disabled status, adding a seat to my Segway ninebot Max is truly a blessing. Plus I can use the same scooter to do some local grocery shopping at times with the extra hook installed behind the handle bar.

I love my new Fucare Hu3 escooter. If you continuously have a steady speed for seven seconds the auto speed control kicks in. No need to use the thumb throttle. I love this escooter. So comfortable! I find the brake is excellent. The tires have thick tire tread. It would be difficult to puncture the tires.

I agree a permanent seat like this scooter is strange, but I use a removable seat on my electric scooter, I have bad knees and would never be able to ride standing. I do have an ebike also but the scooter i have is far more powerful 5600 watts vs 500 for ebike and is great for offroad trail riding, My sister uses and emaove cruiser with removable seat, she also does not like to stand for 20-30 mile rides, we are both in our 50's, when you get older you may have to use a seat also

I hope in the near future it would be amazing if you could do a review on the kaabo mantis pro. I heard you can get off-road tires for it too😱😱.

Thanks for being so thorough & impartial-made for an informative review, and now I know I don’t want it! 😆 A sore butt and numb hands are a dealbreaker, even w/ the impressive range. I also wouldn’t like the cruise control turning on w/o my wanting to, nor would a long braking distance or sudden hard braking be acceptable. Oh well…the search continues. 🔎 👍

This seated scooter has been awesome for my mother-in-law who is 65yrs old with bad knees and a double hip replacement a stand-up scooter was out of the question and a e-bike was to much for her but this scooter let her for the first time be able to join my wife and myself on our e-bike rides it has also given her the freedom to explore our town more all in all it has improved her quality of life.

My wife has MS and while she can walk a seat on an electric scooter is a huge win as her legs are weak. Allows us as a family to explore cities, towns and even just get around the local zoo.

If they make this a 45 km/hr speed escooter with decent torque this would be a massive succes in many european countries ( up to 25 km/hr u dont need any type of license) but for people who already have a drivers license or motorcycle license this would be an excellent buy for commuting. this hypothetical model would only require a very accessible moped driving license in many countries. I think you underestimate how many people would love the idea of having a seat for commuting. If u live in the city and down't own a garagebox for example escooters are awsome since u can just park them in your appartement lol. I would literally pay double if it had good torque, 45 km/hr topspeed and reasonable range and yeah get rid of the obnoxious cruise control feature implementation

Bro! Since you do not like this scooter according to how much you DID NOT LIKE IT…than send it to me in Rochester, NY bro!! I need one as I have a sick wife…i will be able to commute back and forth to work.

800 dollars and it only goes 20 km an hour lol. Here in Europe we have scooters that go up to 65km some even 85km an hour for less

BUYER BEWARE! Bought one of these myself recently. It had soft tires right out of the box - which I filled to spec. Was fun to ride for an hour or so ... until the rear tire went completely flat. No puncture marks. Seems they sent me a defective tube in my rear tire. And now they want me to SIMPLY change the tire. Have you notice how they have encased the rear tire with the frame? I don't even know where to start. I tried to use Amazon's A-Z guarantee for a refund ... and was told I will have to pay for return shipping of this 50lb paperweight myself + shipping insurance. And IF the seller receives it and doesn't refund me I should contact them again. Imagine that ... I will never buy an expensive item on Amazon again and Fucare --- well the name says it all.

Not sure why they go backwards, most existing scooters with seats option have way better seats. This seat doesn't seem to be removable which makes it not as portable when folding. And can't remove it if you want more space to stand up. No shocks in the seat post. You can't switch out the seat. Seat looks big and heavy. And so on, etc. However, it only looks "goofy" because you deem it so. Pretty sure no ones cares at all when you ride outside, not with your friends. Seriously, do you even see random people laughing at an actual mobility scooter? No. And what's even wrong with mobility scooters...I just don't get it. I couldn't care less about what others think (which again, I don't think people care), all I care is myself being comfortable and safer with a seat (low center of gravity and more stable, at least for me, don't care what others say).
