20:36 The number is actually a decal. Decals project textures or materials onto surfaces, and what you're seeing is the decal projecting it onto a perpendicular surface. The decal itself is attached to the drawer. It's also how the number on the helmet at 21:20 works, along with most of the rest of the numbers in this game. Also, since this game is such a blatant asset flip, there's no need to be searching for "hidden" numbers in the cracks of the bricks and stones; those things are already made available on the Unreal Marketplace or some other asset store for general use. On a side note, I'm so distracted by the Unreal Engine default font on the numbers and default sliders in the settings panel oh my god tis a curse to be a developer

Is that why as soon as he turned the lights on I saw "1649" to the right but it disappeared when he turned right? I think this was a poor choice for implementing the number text. If I'm supposed to believe these numbers are written on the walls it needs to look like that.

@@williamdrum9899 The single frame of it flashing at 0:18? I think it's just a rendering glitch; occasionally happens in Unreal Engine. Using decals is pretty standard for writing text on walls; the alternative is to draw it directly onto the texture, which is a terrible idea since that would appear on *all* the walls.

I managed to beat it myself, Spoilers below for the few I don’t think you found (some you might have already gotten and I was just spacing out 💀) Crouching down on the right of the basement grate and looking left to a brick at the top of the wall (very specific viewpoint needed to see it) reveals the number 521. Looking closely at the bottle from the other side reveals the number 4848 through the glass on the other side of the paper. One of the rocks on the side with the leaves can be opened by interacting with it, revealing the number 324. The number 641 is very subtly written on the floor in front of the board with the laser writing on it. There’s one more you didn’t get but I can’t figure out which one it is. It’s probably one of the ones I got earlier and can’t remember as well.

With all the info from your playthrough I'm up to 66. Two things I didn't see in your playthrough: When facing the brick wall with the vine, the rightmost column has a loose brick with a number behind. Also, if you look at the wall with behind the desk with the chests at an angle, an invisible number will appear. No clue about the dungeon one

Found the Basement one. You need to crouch, stand in the middle of the gate and look towards the doors. Slowly going backwards. Has nothing to do with the weird paint on the wall, it's a clearly written number right on the edge

I found all the numbers, last ones were really fucking cheap, if you go to where the false wall where the laser was and look down, it's etched in the floor. Spoilers for the last ones below. For the basement one, you gotta crouch and look all the way to the left (if you're facing away from the trapdoors hinge) infact, it was on your screen at 24:46 For the stone one, you have to interact WITH 1 FUCKING SPECIFIC STONE. there's literally no indicator, i found it by clicking every stone 1 by 1, but my hint to you is it's on the opposite side of the barrel, so you don't pull your hair out. There is one with the bottle of poison, go figure it out. it's mad hard to see. There was also one obvious one you missed, inside the train cart.
