A stressful first hour with a Plan B route substitution, thick mist on the Lancashire side of the Pennines and awfully heavy traffic in the final hour.
Is it any wonder I found it extremely difficult to assemble a narrative?
My first reaction on viewing the raw footage was to delete the lot, but I've always said the channel should be about real cycling experience..... so here we are.
