Same thing sorta happened to me. I met this girl a year ago and we really liked each other but because I've never been in a relationship before I thought the best thing to do was spend every day with her. So that's what I did. We slowly stopped mentioning about our love for each other and a week later she went out with someone else. I didn't get really mad because my relationship with her was complicated. But I've never stopped liking her. Since then she's went out with a handful of boys and every time she goes out with one it breaks my heart. And I'm the first one to know about it because I spend everyday with her on Skype. She knows I still love her. But I made the mistake of spending every day with her. If I didn't spend every day with her I may not of been friend zoned and she might of had the best relationship ever. All I wanted to do was make her happy so that's why I spent every day with her. It's just a shame how life works sometimes.
