I struggled alot against that Wheeljack (Especially on Prime) as i don't have any boths like Cheetor, Shockwave or Cyclonus who can nullify that healing and shield, so I just outdamaged the healing with OGP's bleeds as i got him maxed out (He's 4* btw

Also you should check the month achievements/missions, kabam's giving a lot of 5* shards and crystals
