You ARE the IGL we need Evan. You need to be more assertive. Instead of bouncing ideas and being afraid of making the wrong call, you need to be assertive and call the shots and get them to do it. The sooner you make all the wrong calls, the faster you learn. Even Hal made wrong calls all the time but he was at his best when he didn't let it affect his confidence.

Evan you need to master Bang or Blood as the IGL. You can be so much more deadly moving up as either one of those. You need the info from blood scan instantly to position TSM in the best location to kill isolated players or use Bang smoke and direct zap to scan or use Ult instantly. You can use your insane gun skill better on those characters instead of an anchor player.

I sometimes think hes too slow to help his teammates and play a bit too safe. Also Jordan just needs to confident in making calls and decisions. Almost all of the games knowledge is in his brain, at least sub conciously. He's too pessimistic and not trusting himself and I hate that, like they could at least get top 2 with their macro they troll too much

This is exciting because we can all see that TSM has so much more to offer without Hal. Verhulst and Reps have been under Hal’s control for so long, they second guess themselves. When Big E wanted to wall that team at the end of their first game. It was the right decision, but he pulled back. Decisions like that are so important

You got this, you had the right play 100% at the end of game 2, was painful seeing you get shot and downed from the same angle after you wanted to go there anyway :( you're the best for IGL Evan! So much potential! Reps is a great co-IGL but Evan needs to be the main IGL to make the final call in those chaotic moments, too many cooks in the kitchen XD...too many different ideas being flipped around especially at the end game. We need Evan to cook and Reps and Zap to follow and boom! I have faith you guys can figure it out

Jordan has some of the best ideation and knowledge in the game and he should feel comfortable to take control and make calls especially in the end game- but even has more of the decisiveness to hold the reins and have final say for everyone to play around, just needs the confidence to go with it.

I believe if you were playing blood and have more confident IGL calls you’d be an even more important team player. In my opinion you playing catalyst makes you play very passive because you’re more worried about defense rather than offense.

Evan wants to get in there! He's an opportunist and needs to IGL his teammates into initiating fights on teams that have crap positioning for easy wipes. Reps and Zap need to commit to being more confident and aggressive under his guidance, or they're just gonna get wiped by teams going into ring every endgame. If there's a time to try that, it's soon.

game 3 was hard to watch. You wouldn't have any idea that even was igl if it wasn't for the title. Zap full roller brained and held them back causing them to rotate late af. If evan was more assertive and had that make a move earlier or decide on whether they play for rotate or play for kp they would've at least not just gotten easily held by the team on the right high ground. Im still holding out for big e though. IGL evan is an insane arc

I think the biggest problem currently is that you will suggest something aka Game 2 "let's slide right" & then no one does anything. The indecisiveness is getting you guys killed. If you had just moved before final ring was coming in you could have kept out bottom team from climbing up & not got instantly incinerated from the top team.

Second game I realized maybe 30-40 seconds before ring close that y’all needed to push that. If you have one arc on that they can’t peek without paying. You still don’t win from there though. Ring kinda screwed yall. Maybe coulda made a play for under tower. Couldn’t tell if it was in but it’s a hard ring. I’d of played for top 5 and killed under then that team tho.

All survival and no fights. Get your guys to start running or commit to the slow life which imo doesn’t allow for much opportunities for kills. Also just limit options and more importantly you will be forced by to zone to react which is a losing strategy. Sometimes you’re itching to go but Jordan seems comfortable not asking fights unless it’s a third party. To much indecisiveness and a clear different theories on how to play. Zapp is putting up damage decent damage as an entry. If Jordan wants to play slow why not move him to anchor. Have the two most aggressive guys up front hunting a the conservative in the back.

A lot of paralysis by analysis. From one Evan to another make the wrong calls take command, but be okay with taking accountability of making the wrong decisions, but also listening to your team when you know they make the right calls in situations where you might be week or have a thought you hadn’t considered.
