I'm excited in my journey to that beautiful city this November. I plan on living there for many years to come, as I want to live close to the ocean or esplanade ... walks and e-bike rides. Going to look for a 1 bdrm furnished condo there. Just not sure where is a good place yet. need the boots on the ground, I guess.

There are hotels, malls, agriculture, museums, art galleries, restaurants and specialty bakeshops are growing , home food industries like pasalubong shops which will be given prominence with the opening of the 6 reconstructed public markets in December. There are light industries in Pavia municipality adjacent to the city, such as feedmills, foam industries, and latest is the Oishi Snacks manufacturing company. The real estate sector is active, with new townships being developed. At present, the main industries are on agriculture, tourism and service industries, education with new schools opening. Campuses of the University of St La Salle and the SM National University are underway. More new shopping malls are slated for construction.
